Villa Costa Azul Matanzas, an oasis by the sea to relax
Villa Costa Azul MATANZAS is a very good house located in the residential neighborhood of Playa (Matanzas). It is around 3,000 meters from the urban heart of the city (the historic center). 20 min by car from Varadero Airport. There is a bus stop 100 meters away and a taxi rank (piquera) 500 meters away. In 10/15 minutes (walking) you can reach the main night clubs and discos of Matanzas.
At Villa Costa Azul MATANZAS we offer a house of modern construction, built by the family in 1951. This makes us the oldest family, the oldest in the neighborhood. The house has a good garden facing directly to the views of the bay. Quiet and silent residential area. The sound and murmur of the sea will be the music that will accompany you being here.
The house offers four rooms with different characteristics:
ROOM 1: On the ground floor. Sea views and direct access to the large garden. It is the only one with two beds.
ROOM 2: upstairs. It has a beautiful terrace very close to the sea, with a wide view of the Matanzas bay and the city.
ROOM 3 (living): upstairs. Large terrace with spectacular sea views and shower also overlooking the sea.
ROOM 4: On the ground floor (without sea views). It is the coolest room in the house. It has direct access to the garden.
The spacious garden of Villa Costa Azul, facing the sea, has a pergola to enjoy generous breakfasts and succulent dinners. An entire experience. The family also lives in the house, in another area of the building (so as not to interfere with your privacy). We are a family made up of my wife Vivian, our daughter Mayla Fernanda, my mother Teresa (a nurse by profession) and myself (a graduate in Tourism). We define ourselves as a united and calm family, and we like to share.
